This marking and other variations, were used on British Tommy helmets by the Civil Defense in WWII. The stencil is made from very high quality acrylic vinyl with tacky backing, which in layman's terms means its re-usable.
It measures 40mm tall and 107mm wide.
Suitable for hand painting but the 'tabs' will need to be hand painted after stencil has been removed.
