The 'SE' eagle is found on SE M35 Helmets from mid 1940.
It is known as the 'bordered' SE eagle as there is a raised line running round the outside of the gold eagle in black/grey/green ink. It is effectively three dimensional and you can feel this when you run your finger over the decal.
It is pretty much identical to the 'ET' border eagle.
Our eagle, like the original it is reflective, when angled towards the light. A beautifully manufactured eagle of museum quality.
