The division was nicknamed the "Black Hawk Division" after the Sauk Chief Black Hawk, who lived in the area of what is now Illinois.


This stencil is reusable and can be used on WW1 helmets, it can be hand painted or spray painted but only hand painted helmets are accurate. You have to hand paint in the 'BH' in the centre of the hawk.


It measures 45mm tall and 50mm wide.
