Reproduction size 57 German U-Boat Kriegsmarine Enlisted Overseas cap with 70+ years of ageing. As worn by the crew of U-552 in this case Adolf Schwieger.
The outside cloth and insignia all show good wear and both the inside and outside are stained and aged. Notice the BeVo eagle and cockade are dark and tarnished. Notice the wear, dirt and stains particularly on the top and inside of the cap.
This cap displays the 'Red Devil' badge - the symbol of the Erich Topp's U-552 U-Boat.
