WW2 reproduction Polish RAF Officers cap badge Kings Crown - Aged
This is an aged condition reproduction WW2 Polish Officers RAF cap badge. It was worn by Polish Officers serving in the RAF from early 1940. There were several versions and this is replicated from a private purchase version.
This is a highly accurate badge, featuring the Polish National Eagle surrounded by the wings of the famous Winged Hussars of Poland. The eagle is crowned, reflecting the Polish monarchy. You are buying a quality Polish RAF WWII Badge. Used on Royal Air Force peaked caps including the Battle of Britain period.
The gold braid is dark and tarnished as is the white aluminium Polish eagle. The badge is wrinkled and curved to reflect being removed from a RAF cap.
Perfect for collectors who have a gap in their collection.
