This reproduction helmet is based on the Normandy campaign of WWII. It has dark Luftwaffe apple green grey base paint and then a four coloured camouflage top paint of red, brown, green and lime green. The paint has been appropriately aged. It has the early model steel liner retaining bolts.
The inner lining is very well maintained yet aged, again to reflect the period of use and 60+ years of ageing. The lining rubber is fully intact. There are two early to mid war stamps in the liner leather. The eagle decal is 90% intact and fully aged museum quality.
This helmet would make a fantastic item in your Normandy Fallschirmjäger collection and lets face it an original would be GBP £8000+.
