German Paratrooper Helmet M38 Normandy Camouflage 'Standard' Version

This is one of our 'Standard' reproduction helmets in aged condition. It is a M38 early to mid war version of the paratrooper helmet in green paint with single decal. It has been finished in Normandy Camouflage paint scheme. It shows medium to heavy wear but with 70+ years of ageing.
It represents one used by the Luftwaffe Fallschirmjaeger from approximately 1938 onwards and is suitably stamped with ET71 (Eisenhutten Thale) and batch number.
The whole helmet shows medium use and aged with green paint showing clearly in many areas. It has the M38 steel pattern bolts with a replacement aluminium bolt and standard war chinstrap again aged and tarnished in many areas. The decal is 95% intact and shows clearly with 'yellowed' varnish.
This is not an inexpensive paint job as found on most well known auction sites - effort and time has been spent to get it as accurate as possible.
This helmet would make a fantastic item in your Fallschirmjäger collection and lets face it an original similar to this one would be GBP £12000+.
