These are outstanding reproduction hand made field caps using genuine WW2 Telomimetico, in-fact you could describe these as genuine but made after WW2! They represent front made caps which were numerous during the war.
Make no mistake these are not the cheap thin reproduction caps from the far East sold on well known auction sites. These are hand made from genuine Telomimetico, lined with red, green, brown, Zeltbahn or white damast table cloth materials (like they did in ww2) and machine stitched genuine or reproduction Waffen SS insignia (The one in the pictures has reproduction insignia). These are approximately 1cm taller than our Burgmütze version and have a longer peak. The button is corozo (Steinnuss) .
The inside of the peak is leather or presstoff (ersatz leather) and even the threads used are cotton/linen and not modern poly-threads! These are superbly crafted caps and each one will be unique!
