Aged reproduction Kaiserschützen Regiment No. 1 Mountain Cap.
Aged Cap worn by the Austria-Hungary (Austro-Hungarian), Army (Alpine Mountain Infantry), prior to 1907 and into WW1. This aged version has the 'FJI' brass badge (Franz Joseph I of Austria) and silver buttons. Worn by the 'Common Army', Landwehr and Hungarian Honvéd.
This aged reproduction cap is made of museum quality materials and the workmanship is outstanding. The feathers, Edelweiss and Regiment No 1 badge are all included in the sale. Approximate size 57/58.
