Reproduction & Aged (to Tan), Green M38 helmet cover. 1st Version cover which came in a green shade and would weather to a tan colour. Originals are incredibly rare and this is the worlds best copy.

This is an outstanding reproduction made M38 helmet cover. This is the first version issued and is in aged condition. The original fabric used was not the same as the jump smock, but plain green or olive cotton made from a lesser quality fabric.
Make no mistake this is not a cheap reproduction cover from the far East as sold on well known auction sites. These are made in Germany from closely matched material, hooks and stitching.
Compare this to an original and you will find all the stitching, the material and hooks are the correct colours and configuration. We have even managed to get the correct material that will fade to a tan colour when exposed to the elements over time - just like the originals!
