Our reproduction Imperial German Model 1910 Officers Field Grey Cap (Feldmützen or Krätzchenare), are brand new and made in Germany. These were worn by Medical officers (Sanitäts offiziere), throughout WWI.
Note the stiff rounded shape of the top brim of the cap retained by wire and supported at the front and rear by wire support strips.
They are exact high quality reproductions of a German Medical WWI Officers cap. They are exactly like the originals and are made with the correct materials and fittings including Ersatz leather sweatband and Vulcanfibre peak.
These come in authentic grey/green wool top with blue wool cap band and red piping with Reich & Prussian cockades (you can get other state cockades on this page).
