Hartschiere were predominantly members of the Bavarian residence guards before 1918, a historic military branch of the former Duchy and the later Electorate and at last Kingdom of Bavaria.
This beautiful quality Schirmmütze is made from a high quality Kornblumenblau (cornflower blue) doeskin wool with Schwartz (black) piping.
They are exact high quality reproductions, not cheap for east versions. They are exactly like the originals and are made with the correct materials and fittings.
These come in authentic blue wool with black velvet band and black piping and Prussian and Reich cockades. They are made in Germany by Robert Lubstein.
Most Pre-WW1 & WWI visor caps of the Imperial German Regiments are available but some have to be made up to your specification. If you don't see one you require, please email us.
