The XI Army Corps / XI AK (German: XI. Armee-Korps) was a corps level command of the Prussian and German Armies before and during World War I. It was still in existence at the end of the war.
The B.A. stamp usually followed by Army Korps Roman numerals indicates the "Bekliedungsamt" literally "clothing department".
This stamp measures 35mm wide by 17mm tall and was used on headwear and and other unit equipment. A great item for sharing amongst your your re-enactment unit. We can of course use this stamp to mark up any caps you buy from WarHats.
