Several versions of the 75th Infantry Division helmet stencil were observed during WW2. The first is just the red/blue shield and the second is the '75' add to the shield. Both versions are valid for WW2. In some cases the shield was on the side of the helmet and sometimes at the front.
This stencil is suitable for hand painting only. The picture shows how it can be applied even to a heavily corked helmet. Apply the blank shield first in white, then apply the diagonal in red & blue. You must try and align it within the white shield so it is even and gives a white border.
