This is a paper decal replicating those used on Armoured Tank Destroyer Battalions Helmets during WW2. During WWII only paper and painted decals were used.
Personnel of the Tank Destroyer Battalions used colour printed paper decals and glued them onto their helmets. It is thought most of the paper decals were British made. This paper decal allows you to do the same. It is 4cm in Diameter and is in new condition perfect for new or mint condition helmets.
All you need to do is cut it out and glue it onto your helmet usually on the front and sometimes the side. Finish off with a coat of varnish to protect it if you wish.
