USAAF (United States Army Air Forces), or AAF (Army Air Force), Officers Eagle Cap badge reproduction in lightly aged condition. We have copied this from an original badge. This is the smaller 'curved wing' example found on many 'crusher' USAAF caps.

There were over 40 different USAAF WWII Badge manufacturers from several countries including USA, UK, Australia and Germany and we chose this one as it is often called the 'Standard' version.
The detail is incredible and it is solid and heavy & like the original is not overly bright or 'garish'. It has two retaining pins on the reverse and one central screw attachment pin. It measures approximately 58mm tall x 49mm wide.
The third from last picture shows our lightly aged badge on a genuine WWII USAAF Officer Bancroft Crusher Cap.
The penultimate picture shows the genuine badge (top of picture), our new badge (bottom left), our lightly aged badge (bottom middle) and our aged badge (bottom right).
The last picture shows the difference between our new badge and a typical cheap 'sand cast' reproduction found on most reproduction caps. Look at the difference in the detailing!
