This is a super German Admirals cap, made of top quality felt material and in the same method and materials as the originals. It is difficult to tell does not date from WW2, as just purchased. It has double gold braid rank on the peak and leather chinstrap, gold buttons, leather liner and celluloid head liner are some of the outstanding features.
The eagle is our metal museum quality one with outstanding detail and the wreath is hand made of bullion material.
The top is removable and it is marked EREL - Sonder Klasse - OKK - Berlin on both liner and sweat protector. This cap is made in Germany and the EREL mark is copyright, making it even more exclusive. Made by German craftsmen, in German factory using German materials a superb piece of history brought back to life.
