German Paratrooper Helmet M38 Mid War Helmet Textured Grey/Green

This reproduction helmet is a M38 mid war version of the paratrooper helmet in grey/green textured paint with a single decal. It shows light to medium wear but with 70+ years of ageing.
It represents one used by the Luftwaffe Fallschirmjaeger from approximately 1941 onwards and is suitably stamped with ET71 (Eisenhutten Thale) and batch number (both are not visible but are present).
The whole helmet shows good service use and aged with dark green/grey paint showing clearly. It has the M38 aluminium vented and slotted pattern bolts and standard chinstrap again aged and tarnished in many areas. The eagle decal is 99% intact and shows clearly with 'yellowed' varnish.
This is not an inexpensive paint job as found on most well known auction sites - effort and time has been spent to get it as accurate as possible.
This helmet would make a fantastic item in your Fallschirmjäger collection and lets face it an original similar to this one would be GBP £6000+.
