U-96 U-Boat Cap Badge Aircraft Aluminium. This reproduction cap badge is hand made as the original emblems were, they were notmass produced to factory specifications. It is made from aircraft grade aluminium and is new condition.
It can be attached to the cap by the two holes, top and bottom, using sewing thread. It is approximately 1mm thick, 65mm wide and 33mm tall.
It was made famous in the film 'Das Boot'. It was worn by the following U-Boats:U-96 (Heinrich Lehmann-Willenbrock), U-217, U-230, U-377, U-407, U-450, U-591, U-659, U-664, U-739 and U-954.
