This reproduction Alter Artecap has been made from Trikot (gaberdine), material and reflects a very rare Waffen SS cap. Both the peak and upper cap have been made from this material. The insignia are our museum quality skull and eagle.
The cap is made in Germany by EREL and has genuine leather liner, cork front padding, trikot material, wire and metal front support and top shaper and white waffenfarbe. (You can order different coloured waffenfarbe).
Remove the front support and wire shaper and 'crush' the cap into your favourite crusher shape (see last picture).
