Store > WW1 German Soft Headwear > WW1 Rommels Visor Cap Lightly Aged
Reproduction M1910 Version Visor Cap, representing one worn by Erwin Rommel during his trench service in World War One.
During World War I, Rommel fought in France as well as in the Romanian and Italian Campaigns. He gained success leading small groups of men, using tactics such as infiltrating through enemy lines moving forward rapidly to a flanking position to arrive at their rear, and attacking defenders using the element of surprise.
This cap is a very high quality cap made by Robert Lubstein (EREL) and lightly aged by WarHats. It is fully entact but with lots of wear and age related tarnish.
Notice the aged related cracks on both the vulcanfibre peak and inner headband. You are never going own Rommels original cap, but you can own a quality reproduction.
This cap is perfect for display or reenacting as it has not been made to look 100+ years old.
These are made to order and there may be a delay of 4 to 5 weeks between order and the cap being sent. Please email us. if you want a similar one.
