This is a WW2 People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA), Rescue stencil. It was founded in 1917 by Maria Dickin to provide care for sick and injured animals of the poor. During WW2 the PDSA helped to rescue animals & people in the aftermath of the 'Blitz'. They also used search dogs for this purpose. It is approx 65mm tall and 85mm wide.


This stencil is suitable for hand or spray painting, cut lots of small slots round the stencil and apply to the helmet ensuring all letters are properly adhered.
