The 'Quist Borderless Police' decal is found on Quist M35 Helmets from 1936 to 1939. It is thought to have been made by Methner & Bürger.

There are many differences between this first version Quist decal and a similar ET Borderless eagle, although on first view they seem similar. Notice the thicker eagle neck and heavy shading round the swastika.
