The XIII (Royal Württemberg) Army Corps / XIII AK (German: XIII. (Königlich Württembergisches) Armee-Korps) was a corps of the Imperial German Army. It was, effectively, also the army of the Kingdom of Württemberg, which had been integrated in 1871 into the Prussian Army command structure, as had the armies of most German states. It was still in existence at the end of WW1.
The B.A. stamp usually followed by Army Korps Roman numerals indicates the "Bekliedungsamt" literally "clothing department".
This stamp measures 35mm wide by 17mm tall and was used on headwear and and other unit equipment. A great item for sharing amongst your your reenactment unit. We can of course use this stamp to mark up any caps you buy from warHats.
