This is an aged reproduction German World War One M18 'Cut Out' Helmet with German M31 Liner and aged chinstrap and double decals.
The M18-cut out helmet is one of the rarest of German helmets produced in WWI. In August 1918 close to 100,000 of these helmet were produced by the Eisenhuttenwerke Thale plant.
This helmet represents a transitional helmet used inter wars and into WW2, where many WW1 helmets were pressed into service. Correctly marked with double strike E.T.64. in gothic font. A very rare item helmet and you can own a high quality reproduction for a fraction of the price of an original.
