This civil war kepi represents a Cavalry unit from the One corps and 2'd division. The Army of the Potomac fought in most of the Eastern Theater campaigns, primarily in (Eastern) Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. The list of features are:

  • Aged to look 150 years old.
  • 3 Corps badge to the front
  • Brass infantry and regiment badges suitable aged
  • peak in leather on pasteboard worn, shrunk and wrinkled
  • burlap interior to headband
  • dry and wrinkled and torn headband
  • makers mark with animal glue
  • Union badges to chinstrap suitably aged
