This eagle decal was used on M35 Helmets from 1935 to 1937, manufactured by ET (Eisenhüttenwerke Thale), Q (Quist) and SE (Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke) manufacturers.
Perfect for:
- Reenactors and living history
- Helmet Restorers
- Comparison against originals
- Films, Stage and Museums
This is the earliest 'droop tail' eagle found on factory applied M35 Helmets and the maker is unknown. It is commonly known as the 'snake leg' decal.
Made from colour matched inks and printed on 1950's screen presses - so there are no digital edges! This decal can also be covered in a suitable acrylic lacquer or varnish. Instructions can be found here.
The final picture shows the 'worn' effect you can carry out on all our decals, instructions found here.
