This version has a much more metallic silver finish than our #10 version, just as the originals had different colour variations due to age, wear, application, varnish, storage etc.
Used on ET (Eisenhuttenwerke Thale) and EF (Emaillierwerke A. G. Fulda) helmets after 1940. Models M40 and M42 and re-issued M35's.
Notice the curved outer black outline without a sharp join and the bottom of the runes end below the join of the curve. The border is also thinner than the Pre-1940 decal version.
