This Waffen SS Helmet decal is found on Emaillierwerke A. G., Fulda (EF) M42 helmets produced in 1942. Notice the curved angles of the outline and the positioning of the break point to the bottom of the runes. There are other differences between this and other EF SS decals.

It has a metallic silver pearlescent tone and this represents a decal having been applied but not varnished.
