This C. A. Pocher decal was one of the first applied to SS and Waffen-SS helmets introduced in 1935 and 1936 & 1939 ET helmets. It was used initially on transitional helmets and private purchase helmets. It was then used on M35 helmets made by several of the helmet manufacturers.
Perfect for:
- Reenactors and living history
- Helmet Restorers
- Comparison against originals
- Films, Stage and Museums
During WW2 it was usually seen on re-issued helmets or helmets modified by field units. It has a yellow pearlescent tone and this represents a decal having been varnished. Notice that the bottom of the runes are aligned to the break point on the outer shield outline.
Made from colour matched inks and printed on 1950's screen presses - so there are no digital edges! This decal can also be covered in a suitable acrylic lacquer or varnish. Instructions can be found here.
