If your reproduction Allgemeine SS cap does not have a RZM marking this is the solution. Many Allgemeine SS caps had the 'RZM SS' marking. It originated from the ReichZeugMeisterei (RZM), office. The RZM was set up in 1934 to procure and distribute items to Party formations, approve chosen designs and to act as a quality control supervisor to ensure items manufactured for the Party met required specification.
