WW2 USA M38 Tanker Helmet & 1021 196 goggles - 3d Armoured division "Spearhead" M38 USA Tankers or 'FURY' Helmet. This reproduction helmet is exactly like our new version but has been made to look used. It is perfect for US Armoured Reenactors, Helmet Collectors or similar. It has been issued in OD Green, then painted in white for Battle of Hurtgen Forest and the Battle of the Bulge and then re-painted in OD Green, but made to look roughly painted as if done in the field. The paper 3d Div stencil has been varnished to protect it and it shows good signs of wear and ageing. The leather is perfect and has dark and worn areas. Tthe goggles are M44 pattern but made in the 1950's - they are 99% identical to the genuine M44 WW2 goggles. We have fitted dummy 'receivers' in each ear flap just to finish the look.
