WW2 German Ckl (ET) 64 Heer Helmet - Refurbishment

21/12/2017

This helmet was found in an attic in Arnhem, Netherlands, not quite the typical 'barn find' but the next best thing and this one is genuine! This helmet has been untouched for 70+ years and we had to have it after seeing its features: ckl (Eisenhüttenwerk Thale) batch number 2849 (1942/1943 production), single Heer decal, maker marked chinstrap and owners name on the liner. Original paintwork in many places. A very desirable helmet. We will be restoring this helmet to protect it and bring it back to a very desirable condition.
